Day 1

Airport - Sigiriya

Arrival and welcome by our representative at the airport with the flower
garlands.
Departure to Sigiriya

Evening Hiriwaduna village safari
Return to the hotel
Overnight stay at the hotel
The Hiriwaduna Village safari gives you a chance to experience traditional
Sri Lanka with all its authenticity. Spend time with the villagers and
understand village life. Engage in many village activities that form everyday
life; such as an oxen cart ride, a catamaran ride and a walk through the
fields. Learn to cook traditional Sri Lankan food. You will finish off with an
exceptionally delicious snack, served in classic Sri Lankan style.

Day 2

Sigiriya - Minneriya - Sigiriya

Breakfast at the hotel and visit Sigiriya rock.
Climb the rock Fortress of Sigiriya (UNESCO),
Evening, jeep safari of Minneriya National Park (or Kaudulla or Eco Park
to be decided on the day of the safari according to the most visibility of
animals especially elephants)

Sigiriya: Majestic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site,
captivates with ancient frescoes, gardens, and panoramic views, embodying
Sri Lanka's rich cultural heritage.
Minneriya: Home to the famous Minneriya National Park, this
Sri Lankan gem mesmerizes with its vast reservoir, diverse wildlife, and
the renowned Gathering of Elephants, an awe-inspiring natural spectacle.

Day 3

Sigiriya - Dambulla - Matale - Kandy

Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure to Kandy.
On the way, visit the Dambulla rock caves.
Continue towards to Matale and visit the Spice garden to see the process of
spices being grown in Sri Lanka. Find cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla,
cardamom and black pepper, to name a few.
Arrival in Kandy check into the hotel.
Evening sightseeing around Kandy city, visiting an arts and crafts centre,
Kandy Lake, Local markets etc. visit the Temple of the Tooth (Dalada
Maligawa) and enjoy a Cultural Dance performance.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
Dambulla Cave Temple: A UNESCO site, Dambulla's cave complex houses
ancient murals and statues, offering a spiritual journey amid the cultural
splendor of Sri Lanka.
Kandy: Nestled amid hills, Kandy is a cultural gem. Home to the Temple
of the Tooth, it showcases Sri Lanka's religious heritage and lush
landscapes.

Day 4

Kandy - Nuwaraeliya - Ella

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Ella via Nuwara-eliya.
Visit a tea factory for a freshly brewed cup of tea and learn more about
this magical plant which served for the country's economy for centuries.
Arrive in Nuwara-eliya.
Afternoon sightseeing tour of the Hill country
Visit the Gregory Lake, Golf course, Race course, strawberry farms etc.
The influence left behind by the British is very evident as you pass through
areas very much reminiscent of the countryside of England which has
earned Nuwara Eliya the name "Little England".
Train ride from Nanu-oya to Ella in economy class where you can mix
with local population. (Observation car or air conditioned compartment
to be booked in advance according to your choice at an extra cost). This
train powers up through Sri Lanka's southern hill country, through the
tea plantations, into the clouds and then weaves in and out of the many
mountain tunnels as it descends to reach Ella.
The ride offers incredible views across the southern Sri Lankan hill country
as the train passes in and out of numerous mountain tunnels through tea
plantations, eucalyptus forests and nearby villages. The low lying clouds
add to the beautiful scenery.
Arrive to Ella and check into the hotel.

Day 5

Ella

Breakfast at the hotel
Excursion to Ella: Ella gap, Little Adam's Peak, 9 arch bridge etc
Overnight stay at the hotel
Ella: Surrounded by lush greenery, Ella entices with stunning views and
outdoor adventures. Hike to Ella Rock, visit Nine Arch Bridge, and soak in
the hill country allure.

Day 6

Ella - Kalutara

Breakfast at the hotel
Proceed to your beach destination.
Arrive to Kalutara and check into the hotel
Kalutara: Kalutara, with its golden beach and iconic stupa, seamlessly
blends coastal beauty with cultural richness, offering a tranquil escape and
spiritual exploration. Possibility to visit Kalutara temple, local market in
the evening or leisurely stay at the beach, make use of pool or Ayurveda
treatment from the hands of expertise therapists

Day 7

Kalutara - Colombo - Airport

Breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Colombo.
Visit Colombo in the evening.
Colombo: Sri Lanka's bustling capital, Colombo, is a vibrant tapestry of
modernity and tradition. Skyscrapers, markets, and colonial remnants
coexist in this diverse urban hub.The Colombo museum, Town hall,
Hindu and Buddhist Temples, ancient Churches, The Dutch museum,
Independence hall and the famous Zoo are among the places of interest in
Colombo.
Transfer to the airport.
Departure flight.
