Elephant ride in the evening offering a unique and exciting way to explore the wilderness around the area. All Elephant Back Safaris are accompanied by the mahout. A wooden saddle, a basket like enclosure upon a wooden platform is large enough to carry four passengers.

Day 13

Sigiriya - Dambulla - Matale - Kandy

Day 14

Kandy - Pinnawala - Peradeniya - Kandy

After breakfast visit Pinnawala elephant orphanage
Return to kandy and visit Peradeniya botanical garden,

Day 15

Kandy - Nuwaraeliya - Ella

After breakfast proceed to Ella via Nuwara-eliya.
En-route visiting a tea factory for a freshly brewed cup of tea and learn more about this magical plant which served for the country's economy for centuries.
Arrive in Nuwara-eliya.
Afternoon sightseeing tour of the Hill country
Visit the Gregory Lake, Golf course, Race course, strawberry farms etc.
Continue towards Ella Train ride from Nanuoya to Ella in economy class where you can mix with local population.
